Adobe Help was not Helpful at all...

Now I have never been one to try to talk to any kind of software "help", even if my patience is at an end.

I'd like to share this ACTUAL very short chat, that almost made me want to rethink upgrading to Adobe's Creative Cloud software. I have never had a conversation with what I can only assume was a cardboard cutout and not some hourly worker out of some other country that is only trying to live life and reply to customers with prefabricated/typed out responses.

Anyway, click on the image and bask in the glory of what it's like to talk to clueless I.T. help desk people...
I don't know where they found this guy, but they should put him back.
I had to share this, but after I get my computer back out of the shop after this weekend, I've got some great travel and history stuff I did during my holiday over the last six days that I will be sharing with you all.

Roadtrips, museums, art, meeting people of all sorts, and maybe even a photo of some food! And there will be some new podcasts coming up as well to supplement the new entries coming up. Mario, the Artisan Rogue
